Mayrise system underpins £80 million streetcare contract with Gloucester City

Sophisticated waste management software from Mayrise Systems is proving to be a key management tool within an £80 million streetcare contract. Accord Plc, who were awarded the 15 year partnership contract by Gloucester City Council, are using the MAYRISE system to manage the delivery of waste and recycling services to both domestic and trade customers in the city. In a bid to make Gloucester one of the cleanest in the country and bring the Council into the top performing 25% of Local Authorities for recycling Accord have implemented MAYRISE Waste Management to facilitate requests from residents and manage the collection of waste and recycling in the city.
Ealing Council has implemented an advanced software solution from Mayrise Systems to manage the co-ordination of works on the highway. MAYRISETM Street Works enables the Highways Management Division of Ealing Council to automatically receive and process applications for works from both internal and external contractors. The system also facilitates the mapping of intended works, issuing of works licences and the ongoing monitoring and inspection of works on the highway.

David Webster Limited has implemented systems from Mayrise to help manage a £27.5 million Private Finance Initiative (PFI) awarded by Barnet Council for Street Lighting services. MAYRISE Street Works and MailNow® systems automate the co-ordination of maintenance works and manage correspondence with residents. The system also enables David Webster Ltd (DWL) to manage the installation of 21,000 replacement columns and 5,000 new columns over the course of the 25-year contract.
