MAYRISE™ Grounds Maintenance system automates much of the administration involved in grounds maintenance contract management.

It eliminates paperwork through computerisation of grounds maintenance contract specifications, work orders and contract performance monitoring.

System hyperlinks provide single-button links to digital photographs, GIS and any associated databases. A fully integrated mapping system, allows grounds to be accurately mapped and updated, with colour coded map overlays showing contract specifications at every location.

MAYRISE also meets multi-service requirements enabling local authorities to handle enquiries for a number of different departments through a central call centre or reception. MAYRISE modules for applications such as street works, refuse and cleansing, and street lighting, form part of a single-point recording system.
