MAYRISE mapping connects to CRM servicesMayrise Systems has developed technology that delivers mapping functionality to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems allowing the locations of callers, assets and services to be pinpointed in seconds.

The system is based on MapNow®, the instant ‘click to view’ mapping system first designed to help improve public services provided by UK local government. ‘e-MapNow’ is expected to give a boost to contact centres by providing staff with maps and aerial photographs on screen that automatically centre on the enquiry locations. Properties and streets are shown overlain by symbols that pinpoint the locations of assets, services and previous enquiries.

MapNow is simple, fast and easy to use mapping facility that that links to back office MAYRISE™ management systems. Displaying Ordnance Survey digital mapping including OS MasterMap, MapNow also allows data transfer to Geographic Information Systems (GIS) so it can be used as part of a corporate mapping solution.

The development sees convergence of MAYRISE VueNow™ technology and MapNow. This promises to make MapNow simple to integrate with any CRM or front office system to give instant access to key service information as well as maps. It also offers the potential for mapping on council websites where visitors are enquiring about local authority services such as refuse collections, street lighting and road works.

As with MAYRISE VueNow, e-MapNow is an important e-government development as it eliminates the need for complicated software integration and it uses industry-standard XML. As a standard adaptor, it allows simple integration between front office systems such as CRM and MAYRISE back office management systems.
