VueNow is a standard adaptor that allows up-to-the-minute information on highways, street lighting, refuse collections and other council services to be instantly available on customer service screens or web browsers. It allows the logging of enquiries or complaints to be live-linked to the back office system and the current status of service work is always available to customer service staff, allowing them to deal with more calls first time. Service is also enhanced by map coordinate data that allows the locations of assets, faults and other incidents to be pinpointed on mapping systems or corporate GIS.
