MAYRISE runs on compact tablet-style GoBook PC’s manufactured by Itronix which are specially designed for use in harsh outdoor environments. As well as being ideal for use on site during inspections, maintenance work or surveys, they provide a true mobile office facility for working away from the office. MAYRISE also connects to systems running portable GIS.

Handheld data capture

Mayrise Systems has developed a range of handy field data collection applications using Pocket PC devices and smartphones. These are ideal for simple data collection tasks such as recording incidents, completing inspection reports and other applications where paper forms are presently used. With devices that double as mobile phones, such as the XDA, data can be interchanged with the central Mayrise system to provide a live updating facility.
