The system records defects and generates schedules for cyclic maintenance using a street gazetteer. Features include full enquiry logging, automation of work orders, bills of quantity calculation, and financial analysis.

MAYRISE Highways also incorporates data-linked contractor modules, with options for linking remote sites to a live centralised system using termimal server technology. Also integrates digital photographs, offers full computerised mapping through integrated software and can incorporate automatic field data capture using hand held computers.

MAYRISE allows local authorities to handle enquiries for a number of different departments through a central call centre or reception. Modules for applications such as street works, refuse and cleansing, and street lighting, form part of a single-point recording system.
